Cancellation Policy

No refunds for any reason. If you are unable to attend your scheduled lesson, we will attempt to reschedule to the best of our ability. For 1-lesson bookings, up to 1 reschedule will be offered, if the lesson is missed a second time, the lesson will be forfeit. No-show/no-call will be considered a cancellation and will not be rescheduled. For 6-lesson packages, up to 2 lessons may be rescheduled as long as notification is provided, additional missed lessons will be forfeit. No-show/no-call will be considered a cancellation of the lesson missed and will not be rescheduled, but will not affect subsequent lessons scheduled.
